Most recently I've been rebuilding how a Fortune 100 financial services firm shows its products to enterprise buyers. My creative direction came up through Sony Music. My UX came up through Razorfish. These two crafts usually live on different teams, under different leaders, on different sides of the brain; which is why most enterprise product ends up either beautiful but broken or functional but forgettable. Running both, in one process, is the whole point.
